Authenticity of pupils in cases where UID/EID is not available

Headmasters who haven't submitted the " Declaration regarding the authenticity of pupils "  along with staff fixation proposals for the pupils who do not have UID/EID are requested to submit the same urgently so as to avoid the delay in refixation of Staff Fixations for the years 2011-15 under 1:30/35 ratio.
